Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to limited inventory and made‑to‑order production, all purchases from INVASION NYC are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

•     Order number
•     Photos of the issue
•     Description of the problem
We will replace the item at no additional cost if the claim is approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly.
